Refund policy:
Monthly Users: You are entitled to a refund ONLY if the software does not work for more than 3 days in the first 14 days of your payment.
Yearly Users: You have 7 days to request a refund from the date of your payment.
ONLY If the software does not work for more than 3 days you are entitled to a full refund as long as this period is within the first 14 days of your payment.
The software is running 24/7 occasionally we have to update the software when its “not working” but this is in the nature of software so please be aware if this period exceeds 3 days then you are entitled to a refund. It must be within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds damage our payment processor and for this reason we cannot give refunds if you just change your mind or cannot set up yourself.
We cannot refund for these most common requests:
Your social account got suspended or banned.
You cannot get the software to work for you (can’t set it up). We made it very easy and lots of our users have no problem setting up theirselves.
You decide you just don't want it
This policy is non negotiable
By purchasing this software you agree to the risks involved of automation.
Any Refund Requests need to be sent directly to UpCrowdMe.

My software hasn't worked since day one and a refund was never issued, how do I cancel my membership for the both Software?
